Evil Name Generator: Spellvine
Monster Name Generator: Slick Root

Spellvine, hungry for power and frustrated by the long hours of good deeds and practice required by "good" magic, sold his soul to Thornsnare the Controller in exchange for incredible power. Thornsnare, god of all plants that trip, tangle, and poison, granted him his wish - but imprinted a twisting vine upon his skin as an unmistakable sign of the sorcerer's debt.
With his newfound power, Spellvine conjures up plant-based abominations to kill and maim those who try to stop him. His latest pets are the Slick Roots, evil-eyed, oily creatures who swim through the soil in search of the victims of their next attack.

*Thornsnare was also named with the Evil Name Generator.
